YouTube Producer / YouTube Manager

Seeking a YouTube Producer/Manager to develop channel strategy, analyze metrics, plan content, write scripts, SEO titles/descriptions/tags, and collaborate on thumbnails. Remote, long-term, up to 8 videos/month; salary discussed individually.

We are looking for a person who not only knows how to publish videos but understands how YouTube brings clients. Responsibilities: - Develop and regularly update the YouTube channel growth strategy. - Analyze channel statistics (CTR, retention, views, traffic sources, engagement). - Find growth points and propose ideas to increase reach. - Regularly analyze competitors in the niche and related topics, find successful formats, topics, and mechanics. - Find topics that will gain views in our niche: education and relocation. - Create content plans. - Write strong scripts for the expert: engaging first 30 seconds; logical structure; audience retention; clear calls to action. - Propose new rubrics, formats, and ideas for channel development. - Pass scripts to the expert. - After filming, review the material. - Check the final edit: no semantic errors; pacing; retention quality; presence of all necessary inserts, titles, and CTAs. - Give the editor clear revisions until the final result. - Create SEO headlines. - Think through clickable video titles. - Write descriptions. - Select keywords and tags. - Participate in thumbnail development (together with a designer or independently provide briefs). - Monitor current YouTube algorithm changes. Work volume: - Up to 8 full-fledged videos per month. - Ongoing work on channel development, not just video release.

Important for us that you: - Have successful experience growing YouTube channels. - Understand how YouTube algorithms work. - Can analyze analytics and make data-driven decisions. - Can write scripts that hold attention. - Follow platform trends. - Are self-sufficient and do not wait for tasks, but propose solutions. - Can work with expert content (education, law, finance, medicine or similar niches will be an advantage).
