VK Targetologist

Remote VK targetologist, salary up to 100,000 RUB (fixed + KPI), weekdays 09:00–18:00 MSK. Tasks: hypothesis generation, ad creation, A/B testing, VK apps, Senler, TargetHunter, CRM.

Development of hypotheses based on Ben Hunt's ladder, segmentation of cold, warm, and hot audiences. Creation of ads. Regular testing of hypotheses. Launch of A/B tests for creatives and offers, analysis of results, implementation of improvements. Work with VK Questionnaire app, quizzes, lead forms. Work with Senler app, creation of chatbots and funnels. Work with TargetHunter parser. Analysis of ad campaigns and reconciliation of data with leads and sales. Weekly reporting. Work in CRM for tasks.

Completion of at least one course on targeted advertising. Result-oriented and striving for high ROAS. Systematic and love for working with numbers. Focus on solving complex tasks. Attentiveness, perseverance, and ability to perform repetitive tasks. Nice to have: not specified.
