VIP Excellence Manager

VIP Excellence Manager role for an analytically strong specialist to monitor top VIP client game activity and develop the VIP product across data, product, and operations.

Responsibilities: - Daily analytics of top VIP clients' game activity by region - Daily tracking of top players and prompt communication with regional teams about their status and activity - Daily control of productive activation and reactivation of top VIP players in regions - Identifying growth points for game activity, retention, and development of the top VIP base - Developing approaches and mechanics to grow VIP play, increase the number of top players, and integrate them into regional teams - Preparing regular analytics and summaries on top VIP client play - Identifying anomalies, deviations, and potential risks in VIP client activity - Integrating and applying AI tools to deepen analysis, automate monitoring, and find new approaches to VIP base development - Controlling quality and effectiveness of the VIP product, including identifying product issues and areas for improvement - Interacting with Product, Analytics, Operations, and regional teams on VIP product and customer experience development - Handling ad-hoc VIP tasks: urgent OSINT, calls, migrations, data summaries, prompt coverage of VIP function in a region, etc. - Promptly joining problem regions and temporarily covering VIP function when needed - Finding and implementing new tools, approaches, and practices to improve VIP direction efficiency

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role - Deep product expertise - Understanding of player behavior patterns - Ability to set tasks and critically read metric analysis results - Basic skill in operating in dashboards and reading metrics and their relationships - Practical use of AI tools - Deep understanding of player fraud patterns - VIP communication practice
