Integration Support Agent at Wert, salary $38k. Supports partners through integration, troubleshoots technical issues, and collaborates with product/tech teams. Remote position.

Support partners throughout the integration process, from setup to launch. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance from our engineering team. Identify and suggest improvements to make integrations smoother and faster. Represent Wert in partner chats (Discord, Telegram, Slack), ensuring partners feel supported and informed. Maintain and expand our knowledge base and internal documentation. Collaborate with product and tech teams to share partner feedback and influence roadmap decisions.

Experience with Web3 or blockchain technologies (understanding NFTs, smart contracts, DeFi, etc.). Strong written and verbal communication skills. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset — you enjoy finding better ways to do things. Technical aptitude: you’re comfortable learning APIs, testing integrations, and understanding basic code snippets. Active presence in Web3 communities (Discord, Twitter, Reddit, etc.) is a plus. Ability to work independently in a distributed team.
