Remote Video Editor at HATTORI. Editing short creatives and long VSL videos for digital advertising. Salary: 100,000 – 130,000 RUB per month. Full-time 5/2, 11:00-20:00 MSK. Experience with Premiere Pro and neural networks required.

We are an arbitrage team within a large holding. We do digital advertising for health products. We are building the core team at a stage where decisions still shape the structure. Your videos are part of the advertising chain: their performance directly affects whether the ads pay off. No experience in our niche required; we train on market specifics. Responsibilities: - Editing short creatives and long VSL videos for landing pages - Assembling VSL from speaker speech (expert or 'client' interview/monologue) into a structured selling video with B-roll, pacing, and accents for retention - Finding source materials, working with neural networks - Interacting with the team (team lead, media buyers)

Requirements: - Experience editing videos for YouTube bloggers, Reels/Shorts, or other engaging/selling content - Skill in editing long videos (VSL, from ~15-20 minutes) and short formats (Reels/creatives) - Understanding of video dynamics and audience retention mechanics - Advanced skills in Premiere Pro - Working with neural networks - Willingness to work with hard, emotionally pressing videos without internal resistance - Portfolio with examples of videos from Instagram/YouTube - selling or engaging (not image-building)

Conditions: - Schedule 5/2, 11:00-20:00 (MSK) - We pay for neural networks and specialized services - Feedback based on numbers, not feelings: videos are tested on real traffic - Tasks come with clear briefs, no need to guess for the client - However, the brief is what to do, not how: presentation and editing decisions remain with you - Unified system for storing and transferring projects - no need to start from scratch if something is handed over for revision
