Creative agency from Moscow seeks a Middle Video Editor for reels, YouTube, and AI projects. Remote, project-based pay.

We are a creative agency from Moscow working on AI advertising, corporate projects, and end-to-end editing and shooting of REELS and YouTube projects. We also handle international projects in the USA, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Norway. As our project volume grows, we are looking for an editor to take on part of the tasks. Responsibilities: - Reels: not basic cuts, but stylish titles and subtitles, graphics, sound design, rhythm editing - Horizontal videos for YouTube (ready presets provided) - AI videos: generating images, video, and audio with lip-sync - Color correction - 3D tracking and basic Fusion in DaVinci

Middle level: you independently manage projects from source files to export. - DaVinci Resolve as primary software (if you make great reels in CapCut or other software, still apply) - Understanding of key editing principles and rules, good taste, sense of rhythm - Confident work with sound - Knowledge of current AI models and their best use cases - Basic motion graphics; presets and templates are a plus - Computer can handle 4K and 4:2:2 source files - Plus: good English for titles and subtitles If you don't know 3D tracking or have little AI experience, that's fine—we'll guide and teach you if your editing is great.

Remote work - Payment per project or batch of videos - We handle client communication and provide clear briefs for each task - 2-3 rounds of revisions are considered normal - Usually several days per batch, but urgent tasks happen - If you're in Moscow and skilled in shooting, we can discuss assistant work on set separately
