Video Editor for Short Reels

Looking for a video editor to edit a short Reels video showing hair treatment results (before/after), removing background extraction, adding text, maintaining quality.

Main task: neatly remove or hide the extraction on the background throughout the video, keeping the face, figure, hair, and movements of the girl unchanged. The treatment should look natural, without spots, blur, or flicker. Add a minimalist caption in the style of my profile and preserve maximum video quality. Format 9:16. Video and style examples will be sent in private messages.

Budget: negotiable. Please provide your rate, timeline, and examples of similar work.
