Responsibilities: - Edit dynamic TikTok videos about cars, 70–80 seconds long. - Create visual gags, work with memes, sound, and current trends. - Edit from ready scripts and voiceover. - Follow brand style and detailed editing guide. - Use provided assets, plugins, and templates. - Work with AI tools (Nano Banana and other neural networks). - Make revisions promptly. - Deliver at least 2 videos per week (3–4+ if desired).

Candidate requirements: - Confident use of After Effects. - Deep knowledge of automotive topics: cars, context, memes, audience specifics. - Understanding of dynamic TikTok editing, sense of rhythm, and strong visual reference. - Ability to work with references, visual structure, and sound. - Accuracy, responsibility, and meeting deadlines. - Active use of neural networks in work. - Initiative and suggestions for improving videos.

Conditions: - Rate: 3000 RUB per video. - Bonus +250 RUB for every 500,000 views. - Maximum payment for a regular video: 4500 RUB. - Weekly bonus +2000 RUB for delivering 4 videos per week. - Increased rate for advertising integrations. - Possible rate increase from the second month with consistently high performance. - Payments: first week daily, then every Friday. - Remote work, option for combining or permanent employment. - Scripts, voiceover, assets, templates, and AI access provided. - Mentorship from a senior editor and help with skill development. - Test task: mandatory if portfolio lacks relevant content.
