Video Editor / AI Creative Editor

Motion designer/video editor for international digital-company. Create ad creatives for mobile subscription apps. Salary $700/month, remote, full-time.

Creating short performance creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms; editing UGC, AI UGC, Reels/Shorts, AI avatars, screen recordings, animatics and other ad formats; working with vertical videos 9:16 and adapting creatives to different formats; working with voiceover, music, SFX, captions and subtitles; making transitions, masking, overlays, speed ramp and other editing mechanics; using AI tools for generating images, videos, avatars and voiceovers; adapting ad creatives for different GEOs and languages; creating and testing variations of one creative: hooks, first frames, texts, CTA, pacing.

Confident knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve; understanding of composition, rhythm and dynamics of editing; experience creating short vertical videos: UGC / Reels / TikTok / Shorts / ad creatives; understanding how to hold viewer's attention in the first seconds of a video; ability to work with sound, subtitles and on-screen text; English level sufficient to work with English-language voiceovers, texts and creatives; experience with at least some AI tools: Higgsfield, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Runway, Kling, HeyGen or analogues; a portfolio. A big plus: experience creating performance creatives for advertising; understanding of Hook / Thumbstop / Pacing / Retention / CTA; experience with UGC and AI UGC; experience working with mobile apps; familiarity with Health & Fitness, Nutrition, VPN, Utility/Cleaner, AI Apps, Meditation niches; understanding of basic advertising mechanics: problem → solution → result, social proof, curiosity, transformation, comparison.
