SMM Assistant and Video Editor

SMM specialists seek two remote assistants: one for SMM tasks (content planning, post writing, Canva designs, stories) and one for video editing (dynamic reels, subtitles). Part-time, ~2 hours/day, from 10,000 RUB with growth potential.

We are SMM specialists managing multiple projects and personal blogs. We want to delegate part of the work, so we are looking for two assistants: one for SMM and one for video editing. SMM Assistant tasks: • Partial content plan creation (on average twice a month for two weeks) • Writing posts (able to turn an AI-generated post into a normal post) • Designing frames and carousels in Canva (usually up to 10 posts per week) • Up to 20 stories per week Video Editor tasks: • Editing short videos • Dynamic editing, subtitles, various inserts • Sometimes adding text to photos (carousels)

For SMM: Canva, ability to write good AI prompts and refine text so it doesn't look AI-generated. For Video Editor: CapCut, knowledge of Canva and Figma is a big plus. Common: - Be engaged and responsible - Meet deadlines and respond promptly/make edits during working hours

Floating schedule: tasks with deadlines, editing on a weekly plan. Urgent tasks are rare. No night calls, weekends discussed. Average workload ~2 hours per day. Salary from 10,000 RUB with further growth (for SMM - 10,000 RUB per project, possibly more projects later).
