UX Researcher

UX Researcher (middle/middle+) for Kontur.Extern and Kontur.Diadoc teams. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research for B2B products.

We are looking for researchers to join the Extern and Diadoc teams. Kontur.Extern is an electronic reporting system that helps accountants interact with regulatory authorities electronically. Kontur.Diadoc is an electronic document management service for sending, receiving, and signing electronic documents. Responsibilities: - Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with B2B respondents; - Manage research end-to-end: gather requests from stakeholders, define goals and hypotheses, choose methods, recruit respondents independently or with recruiters, analyze results, and present findings; - Use various research methods: interviews, surveys, observation, usability testing, desk research.

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience as a UX researcher in a product team; - Experience working closely with development teams, understanding product development processes, roles, and basics of product approach; - Experience conducting qualitative research; - Experience with B2B research is a plus; - Experience managing research processes in a team; - Ability to brief stakeholders, take initiative, argue your position, and advocate for users. Nice to have: experience with quantitative research or theoretical knowledge.
