Large product gaming company (250M+ users, several live titles) is looking for a UA Manager. Fully remote. What you will do: — Manage and optimize advertising campaigns (Meta, Google UAC, ASA, programmatic, video networks) — Analyze effectiveness: ROAS, LTV, ARPU, Retention — Test new channels and creatives — Work with multiple titles simultaneously, including the desktop direction

What is important: — 2+ years in UA for mobile games (not agency, not gambling) — Practical understanding of mobile metrics — Russian language is mandatory — Intermediate English+
