Senior User Acquisition Manager
Adapty is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to drive performance marketing for mobile apps. Responsibilities include managing paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads with significant budgets, optimizing funnels, and leading creative testing. Requires 3+ years of mobile UA experience and strong analytical skills.

Backed by 500 Startups and Surface Ventures. We’re looking for a hands-on Senior UA Manager to own performance marketing at scale — from strategy to execution — with direct impact on global growth.
Manage full lifecycle of paid campaigns: creative → launch → optimize Drive user acquisition via Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads Scale campaigns with $100K+ / month budgets, focused on ROAS and efficiency Build and optimize acquisition funnels using behavioral data (AppsFlyer, Amplitude) Lead creative testing: formats, hooks, UGC, performance creatives Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align UA with product goals Requirements: - 3+ years in mobile app user acquisition (subscription/web-to-app experience preferred) - Proven track record scaling performance campaigns profitably - Expertise in Meta, Google, TikTok Ads with large-budget experience - Strong analytical skills: Google Sheets, Power BI/Tableau, AppsFlyer, Amplitude - Fluent English (client & team communication) - Experience building UA processes from scratch — big plus
