User Acquisition Manager for WealthTech product in MENA region. Remote, full-time, $2000-3000/month. Requires 2+ years of UA experience with Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.

Cusp Wealth is a new wealth management system in the MENA region. We are looking for a traffic manager to join the team. Responsibilities: - Setup, launch, and optimization of advertising campaigns in Google Ads (iOS, Android, web2app) - Scaling Apple Search Ads, CPP tests - Running A/B tests and testing hypotheses (creatives, setups) - Analyzing the funnel Click → Install → KYC → First Deposit and finding growth points - Participating in creating advertising creative concepts

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in UA for mobile apps with Google - Managing budgets from $100k per month - Strong data skills (AppsFlyer, MetaBase/Tableau, Amplitude, Looker, Splitmetrics) - English from B1 level - Considering candidates outside Russia
