User Acquisition Manager

User Acquisition Manager at HR Prime, remote full-time, fixed salary + KPI bonus, subscription B2C products in wellness, education, and AI, markets Tier-1, channels Meta, Google, TikTok.

We develop subscription B2C products in wellness, education, and AI. We operate on a web-to-web model, main markets are Tier-1. You will work with 1-2 products. Main channel is Meta, also Google and TikTok. Creative and funnel teams are separate. Tasks: • Launch and scale campaigns with payback control. • Test audiences, creatives, and funnel stages. • Analyze ROAS, CPA, LTV, and automate tasks with AI.

• At least 2 years in UA or performance. • Strong hands-on experience with Meta and scaling cases. • Ability to work with analytics and AI tools. • Experience with subscriptions and web-to-web is a plus.

Contract, payments twice a month. Schedule Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 CET. 28 paid days off as a total bank for vacation.
