Lead UA direction at Crooto, manage team, run campaigns in AppLovin, Meta, Google Ads. Remote worldwide.

Lead the UA direction: form strategy, plan budgets, be responsible for key metrics. Consolidate all traffic sources, including new networks (Mintegral, Unity, and others). Manage the team: lead several specialists, work with focus for UAMs, validate their decisions, delegate tasks, and develop the direction. Also independently launch, optimize, and scale campaigns in AppLovin, Meta, Google Ads.

Experience in User Acquisition in game development from 5 years. Confirmed expertise and cases. Practical experience with AppLovin, Meta, Google Ads. Experience in independently running campaigns (hands-on). Understanding of key metrics for work and performance of the UA direction. Experience building processes from scratch or in conditions of lack of infrastructure. Leadership qualities, proactivity, desire to take responsibility.
