Responsibilities: • Lead the UA direction: form strategy, plan budgets, be responsible for key metrics. • Consolidate all traffic sources, including new networks (Mintegral, Unity and others). • Manage the team: supervise several specialists, work with focus for UAMs, validate their solutions, delegate tasks and develop the direction. • Also independently launch, optimize and scale campaigns in AppLovin, Meta, Google Ads.

• Experience in User Acquisition in game dev from 5 years. • Proven expertise and cases. • Practical experience with AppLovin, Meta, Google Ads. • Experience in running campaigns independently (hands-on). • Understanding of key metrics for work and UA department performance. • Experience in building processes from scratch or in conditions of lack of infrastructure. • Leadership skills, proactivity, desire to take responsibility.
