User Acquisition Lead

User Acquisition Lead at Crooto. Full-time, remote. Lead UA strategy, budgets, manage team, run campaigns in AppLovin, Meta, Google Ads.

Tasks: • Lead UA direction: develop strategy, plan budgets, be responsible for key metrics. • Consolidate all traffic sources, including new networks (Mintegral, Unity and others). • Manage a team: supervise several specialists, work with focus for UAMs, validate their decisions, delegate tasks and develop the direction. • Run, optimize and scale campaigns in AppLovin, Meta, Google Ads hands-on.

Requirements: • 5+ years of User Acquisition experience in game dev. • Proven expertise and successful cases. • Practical experience with AppLovin, Meta, Google Ads. • Hands-on campaign management experience. • Understanding of key metrics for UA performance. • Experience building processes from scratch or in absence of infrastructure. • Leadership qualities, proactivity, willingness to take responsibility.
