UI/UX designer for Rusclimate, a leading climate equipment company. Design e-commerce interfaces, banners, email templates. Flexible work format: office, hybrid, or remote in Russia.

UI/UX and e-commerce development: - Refine key pages: home, catalog, listing, product card, cart, checkout. - Improve structure, visual hierarchy, grids, cards, filters, and user flows. - Resolve UX issues, create new screens and components based on UI-kit. - Prepare responsive mockups for desktop and mobile, align with product hypotheses and marketing tasks. - Prepare mockups for development, support implementation, and ensure design consistency. Banners and marketing materials: - Create and adapt banners for website, promotions, sales, and ad campaigns. - Prepare creatives in various formats and maintain a unified visual style. Email design: - Develop and maintain templates for promo, product, informational, and trigger emails. - Create reusable blocks for marketers to build emails independently. - Adapt design for mobile devices, email clients, and platform limitations. - Prepare layouts and collaborate with layout/development teams.

Must-have: - Experience designing e-commerce interfaces: home, catalog, product card, cart, checkout. - Proficient in Figma: components, Auto Layout, variants, UI-kit. - Knowledge of UX/UI, visual hierarchy, composition, typography, grids, and responsive design. - Ability to evolve existing design code and maintain interface consistency. - Skills in creating banners, ad creatives, and email templates (promo, product, informational, trigger). - Understanding of technical aspects of email design and rendering across email clients. - Ability to work from briefs, meet deadlines, and justify decisions based on business goals. Nice to have: - Experience with large e-commerce sites and complex catalogs. - Understanding of e-commerce metrics: CR, CTR, add-to-cart. - Experience with UX audits, user scenario analysis, and improvement hypotheses. - Skills in preparing mockups for development and collaborating with frontend teams. - Experience with ESP/CRM platforms and responsive email templates.

Work format: office, hybrid, or remote (only within Russia). Schedule 5/2, 9:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00. Official employment per Russian Labor Code, paid vacation, sick leave. Health insurance with dentistry after 3 months. Discounts on company products.
