UI/UX Designer

UI/UX Designer for Rusclimate, a leading climate equipment company. Design and improve e-commerce interfaces, banners, and email templates. Full-time, remote/hybrid/office in Russia.

Responsibilities: - UI/UX and e-commerce website development: improve key pages (homepage, catalog, listing, product card, cart, checkout). - Improve structure, visual hierarchy, grids, cards, filters, and user scenarios. - Eliminate UX problems, create new screens and components based on UI-kit. - Prepare adaptive layouts for desktop and mobile, design interfaces for product hypotheses and marketing tasks. - Prepare layouts for development, support implementation, and ensure design consistency. - Create and adapt banners for the site, promotions, sales, and ad campaigns. - Prepare creatives in various formats and maintain a unified visual style. - Develop and support email templates for promo, product, informational, and trigger newsletters. - Create reusable blocks for marketers to assemble emails independently. - Adapt design for mobile devices, email clients, and technical limitations of the mailing platform. - Prepare layouts and interact with layout designer or developer.

Mandatory requirements: - Experience designing e-commerce interfaces: homepage, catalog, product card, cart, checkout. - Proficient in Figma: components, Auto Layout, variants, UI-kit. - Knowledge of UX/UI, visual hierarchy, composition, typography, grids, and responsive design. - Ability to evolve existing design code and maintain interface consistency. - Skills in creating banners, ad creatives, and email templates (promo, product, informational, trigger emails). - Understanding of email design technicalities and rendering in different email clients. - Ability to work by brief, meet deadlines, and justify decisions considering business goals. Nice to have: - Experience with large online stores and complex catalogs. - Understanding of e-commerce metrics: CR, CTR, add-to-cart. - Experience in UX audits, user scenario analysis, and developing hypotheses for interface improvement. - Skills in preparing layouts for development and interacting with frontend team. - Experience with ESP/CRM platforms and responsive email templates.

Work format: office, hybrid, or remote. Only within Russia. Schedule 5/2, 9:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00. Official employment under Russian Labor Code, paid vacation and sick leave. Medical insurance (DMS) with dentistry after 3 months. Discounts on company products.
