UA Manager (Meta)

Nexters is hiring a UA Manager (Meta) for games with 250M+ users, including Hero Wars. The role requires deep Meta Ads and Web2App expertise to scale user acquisition and find growth opportunities. Remote or office; relocation optional.

Nexters creates games with an audience of 250M+ users; its main project is Hero Wars, and in 2021 the company went public on NASDAQ. Marketing scale includes budgets of millions of dollars per month, ~100 creatives tested monthly, and one of the strongest teams in the industry. The role is for a strong hands-on specialist with deep Meta Ads and Web2App experience who will independently scale user acquisition and find new growth points.

Deep expertise in Meta Ads: independent launch, optimization and scaling of campaigns Practical experience with Web2App funnels and understanding of mobile specifics Experience managing Meta budgets from $500,000 per month Ability to work with funnels, attribution and statistical significance Ability to turn data into clear conclusions, hypotheses and decisions Understanding of creatives and a systematic approach to testing them
