Treasurer / Treasury Manager (Crypto Assets)

International fintech team seeks Treasurer for crypto asset liquidity management, fundraising, placement, balance forecasting, and financial modeling. Office in Moscow or Minsk.

Key tasks: liquidity management, attraction and placement of funds primarily in crypto assets, control of asset-liability balance, forecasting and balance modeling, participation in defining parameters and constraints for financial models. ▪️Main responsibilities: ▫️Attraction and placement of funds, primarily crypto assets, in various liquidity pools and protocols. ▫️Liquidity management: monitoring positions, ensuring sufficiency of funds, optimizing balances. ▫️Control of asset-liability balance, including analysis of inflows and outflows, needs, and reserves. ▫️Forecasting and balance modeling, scenario preparation, and liquidity risk assessment. ▫️Participation in defining parameters and constraints for financial models. ▫️Preparation of reporting on liquidity, positions, and placement yields. ▫️Interaction with finance, risk management, operations, and external counterparties.

▫️Higher technical, economic, or financial education. ▫️Experience as a treasurer for at least 3 years. Job title does not have to be 'treasurer'. ▫️Age: 30–45 years. ▫️Practical experience in liquidity management. ▫️Required: experience in attracting/placing crypto assets with AUM from $10 million in various liquidity pools and protocols. ▫️Understanding of crypto assets, stablecoins, exchanges, wallets, DeFi/CeFi, on-chain instruments, and related risks. ▫️Skills in forecasting, balance modeling, and working with financial models. ▫️Confident Excel skills. Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python is a plus. ▫️English at working communication level is an advantage. ▫️Analytical mindset. ▫️High attention to detail and responsibility. ▫️Stress tolerance, ability to multitask. ▫️Systematic approach and deadline orientation.
