KA DevHunt is looking for a Senior Traffic Manager for a fully remote position. Salary starts from $3000. Responsibilities include launching and scaling paid traffic, media planning, campaign optimization, and working with creatives. Requires experience in performance marketing and gaming industry understanding.

Tasks: — Launching and scaling paid traffic (Meta / TikTok / Google) — Launching new games and offers (from tests to stable economy) — Media planning and budget management — Campaign optimization by CPA / ROAS / GMV — Hypothesis testing (creatives, audiences, geos, offers) — Working with creatives (UGC, short-form, performance) — Analytics: GA4 / BI tools + integration with product — Finding growth points and scaling successful solutions

— Experience in performance marketing (e-commerce / marketplace / digital products) — Confident hands-on experience in Meta Ads (required), TikTok Ads, Google Ads — Experience launching new directions from scratch — Working with budgets and scaling connections — Understanding of unit economics (CPA / CAC / ROAS / LTV) — Data-driven approach, ability to work with analytics — Experience in gaming or strong understanding of the industry: — game economy (currency, rarity, trade) — player motivation (leveling up, status, collecting) — purchase triggers (price / emotion / rarity / social factor) Priority games: GTA Online, PUBG Mobile, Minecraft, Lost Ark, Knight Online, ARC Raiders Geos US / EU / LATAM / CIS / APAC
