AI Research Lab 42 seeks a TradFi Research Lead in Amsterdam. Salary €100–250K/year. Build and lead MFT research in traditional markets, develop strategies, portfolios, and risk/execution models.

Build and lead the research direction in traditional markets: develop MFT strategies, build portfolios and risk/execution models, and bring strategies to production.

5+ years in systematic quant research. Proven track record of profitable MFT strategies. Experience with equities, futures, options, FX. Leadership experience is required.

Work at AI research lab 42, developing an autonomous AI Scientist. Focus on financial markets: the AI system acts as an autonomous trader, and profits fund further research. Also research in human biology, neurotechnology, and fundamental physics. Relocation to Amsterdam supported. Salary €100–250K/year depending on role and experience.
