We are a digital assets consulting company since 2017 with offices in Dubai and Berlin. Work with tokenomics, RWA tokenization and digital financial structures. Partners: BingX, MEXC, CertiK, Fibonacci and others. Audit methodology already transferred to AI agents. Now transferring tokenomics and research to the same loop. Need an analyst to lead projects in English together with our expert and product lead and take over the AI loop. Responsibilities: - Lead projects (domain) in tokenomics, audits and digital assets (RWA, tokenization) in English, together with expert and team - Communicate with clients and funds in meetings: discuss solutions, answer questions, participate in presale - Set up and manage AI agents for our processes: audits, tokenomics, research, etc. - Collect and validate research: know where to find data, how to verify numbers and sources, provide expert conclusions - Prepare analytical materials in Russian and English

English C1 / confident B2+, oral and written — lead a meeting and defend conclusions, not just correspondence Experience in business analysis and financial modeling Experience in Web3 and tokenomics (token utility, vesting, emission, typical model mistakes) — more practice with tokenomics and audits is better; expert level not required, work in pair with our expert Experience with neural networks as a working tool: prompts, agents, checking output for errors 3+ years in analytics, finance, consulting, VC or fintech Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, Python — plus Important: Not looking for a theorist in tokenomics and not for someone who just knows how to prompt. Need someone who understands finance and Web3, can verify AI rather than trust it, and can lead all this in English.
