Market / Venture / Research Analyst

Part-time remote research analyst role at a venture builder, focusing on market analysis, hypothesis validation, and product strategy. Partnership format with vesting and revenue share.

We are looking for a research partner who loves working with data, can find non-obvious patterns, and genuinely wants to grow from an analyst into a person making real decisions about markets and new businesses. Responsibilities: · Evaluate and rank market opportunities through a scoring system, deeply diving into market size assessment (TAM/SAM/SOM) and marketing research. · Analyze the alignment of found hypotheses with company goals, assess strategic fit and market trends. · Conduct competitive intelligence and regional market analysis, develop strategies for entering new markets. · Package market signals into clear product hypotheses for the Discovery unit. · Compile hypothesis descriptions: from problem and segmentation to market context, unit economics, and key risks. · Assess capitalization potential, business model, and scalability of future products (including investment analysis and benchmarking). · Prepare clear materials for internal evaluation sessions and directly influence which hypotheses go into development.

· Practical experience in analytics, strategy, research, or startup creation (we don't look at formal grades, we value your real experience and depth of thinking). · Ability to work with data, find non-obvious patterns, and structure chaos into clear hypotheses, criteria, and priorities. · Understanding of how markets, monetization, scalability, and unit economics work. · Systems thinking, excellent work with numbers, and comfort in high uncertainty. · Desire not just to collect analytics, but to create and launch real products together with the team. Will be a plus: · Experience in venture environments, startup studios, or consulting. · Experience in conducting qualitative CustDev and building analytical processes from scratch.

· Remote. · Part-time (5–10 hours per week) with a flexible schedule. · This is not classic employment with a fixed salary; we offer a partnership format (Vesting + Revshare).
