TikTok Promotion Specialist

Remote TikTok promotion role at Init Cosmetics Holding (cosmetics holding, several own brands). Salary from 40,000 RUB. Requires proven TikTok experience with 2-3 cases with metrics.

Responsibilities: - Organic content: scripts aligned with trends, retention work, subtitles, 5-10 videos per week. - Collaborations: select bloggers based on audience quality, calculate effectiveness, control integrations, post-analytics. - Analytics: weekly reports with KPIs (CTR, retention, new subscriber share, cost per subscriber, conversions).

Experience specifically in TikTok (not general SMM), 2-3 cases with metrics. Proficiency in TikTok Studio, CapCut/Premiere, spreadsheets, neural networks. Understanding of TikTok algorithms 2026. Willingness to complete a paid test assignment. Resume only with portfolio (cases + metrics + screenshots). Without portfolio, candidates are not considered.
