TikTok / Music Promotion Manager
Hackatone is looking for a TikTok / Music Promotion Manager for their international music project. Responsibilities include blogger outreach, trend launching, UGC campaigns, and performance analysis. Part-time, remote.
Hackatone is an international music project in the Tech House genre. We develop artists, releases, and visual concepts with a focus on a global audience (Europe, USA, LatAm). Responsibilities: - Finding bloggers for music track promotion - Communication and negotiation for placements - Launching and scaling trends on TikTok - Testing hypotheses for sound virality - Launching UGC (user-generated content) around tracks - Analyzing placement effectiveness and optimizing budget - Tracking trends in Western TikTok - Assisting with account content (to a lesser extent) - Setting up and testing targeting (to boost posts in the account, viral videos) - Weekly team calls
Experience promoting tracks/sounds on TikTok (mandatory) Understanding of TikTok virality mechanics and algorithms Experience working with bloggers/influencers Ability to quickly test hypotheses and work for results Communication skills and independent contact finding Understanding of international TikTok trends (or willingness to quickly immerse)
