Seeking an SMM Strategist / Content Producer for the international beauty event World Beauty Summit 2026 in Antalya. Responsibilities include developing an SMM strategy, creating viral content (Reels, Stories, collaborations), and analyzing performance.

Project: World Beauty Summit 2026, Makeup Edition Dates: November 1-4, 2026 Location: Antalya, Turkey Theme: makeup / beauty / education / networking / premium event We already have star speakers, VIP guests, educational videos, interviews, an editor, a project face in Turkey, and an advertising budget. We need to assemble all of this into a strong SMM system. Tasks: develop an SMM strategy and content pillars; create a weekly content plan; come up with Reels, hooks, and scripts; extract key insights from interviews and educational videos; provide briefs to the editor; work with speaker content; prepare Collab posts and materials for reposts; manage Story engagement and build-up; analyze reach, views, reposts, saves, and leads.

Who we are looking for: Someone who can create not just "posts on schedule," but content that people want to watch, save, share, and discuss. Important: experience in SMM / Reels / content production; ability to write strong hooks; understanding of Instagram and organic growth; a good eye for visuals; ability to work with video and editors; analytical thinking; focus on reach, engagement, leads, and sales. Will be a plus: experience in beauty, fashion, events, expert content, influencer marketing, or international projects.
