Part-time Telegram Content Manager needed for an AI + Crypto media team. Responsibilities include content management, post creation, editing, and ensuring publication quality. Requires experience with Telegram channels, crypto/Web3 understanding, and AI tool knowledge.

We are a small team developing a Telegram media outlet focused on AI and crypto. We are looking for someone to help maintain content quality: collaborate with the team, transform raw material into strong posts, improve content structure and presentation, ensure publication regularity, and maintain channel quality. This is not a classic copywriter position focused solely on writing texts. We need someone who understands the Telegram format, can edit and enhance materials, and organize content into a coherent system. Tasks: - Manage a Telegram channel about AI + crypto. - Work with the team and source materials. - Edit and package posts. - Enhance headlines, hooks, and structure. - Occasionally write content from scratch. - Independently find some topics. - Maintain a content plan and statuses. - Monitor deadlines and regularity. - Synchronize with the team on content. - Suggest improvements for topics and formats. - Use AI tools consciously. - Verify facts and material quality.

Experience working with Telegram channels. Experience in content, editing, or media. Solid understanding of crypto/Web3. Working knowledge of AI tools. Interest in AI, crypto, and media. Ability to write clearly and structurally. Ability to edit without losing meaning. Understanding of Telegram format and presentation. Ability to distinguish strong topics from noise. Discipline and adherence to deadlines. Ability to work with a content plan. Independence and reasonable speed. Adequate reaction to edits. English for sources and research.
