RSK TEAM is looking for a Content Writer / Scriptwriter to create scripts for video content (YouTube, TikTok, Reels). Requires experience in scriptwriting, understanding of internet culture and games. Remote work.

We are RSK TEAM, a game development studio. We have over 600,000 subscribers across all our platforms. Our flagship project, MR DONALD: SAVE VATICAN — a satirical action shooter — entered the Top 500 most anticipated games on Steam, made it into the Top 15 releases of 2025, and holds the Top 3 position in its genre. The game has over 9,000 reviews and a 98% positive rating. We are looking for a Content Writer / Scriptwriter — someone who can write sharp, engaging, and culturally relevant scripts for video content. The main focus is on scripts for YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, TikTok, trailers, promotional content, and storytelling around games. Experience in writing scripts for games, trailers, narrative content, or gaming media will be a big plus. Languages: Russian or English is mandatory; knowledge of both languages will be a plus.

Who we are looking for: - Experience in writing scripts for video content - Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Shorts, Reels, and internet-native storytelling - Ability to write engaging hooks, intros, voiceover scripts, punchlines, and structured narratives - Understanding of pacing, retention, and how to keep viewer attention - Ability to adapt tone to the format: serious, funny, satirical, dramatic, meme, or promo style - Strong cultural understanding of games, memes, trends, and online communities - Ability to turn raw ideas, game features, or marketing beats into clear scripts - Understanding of how trailers, gameplay videos, devlogs, interviews, and promotional videos work - Ability to work with references, briefs, and rapidly changing priorities - Knowledge of English Will be a plus: - Experience in writing scripts for games - Experience in narrative design, quests, dialogues, or in-game text - Experience working with gaming YouTube channels, media, influencers, or content teams - Understanding of Steam, indie games, trailers, wishlists, reviews, and gaming communities - Experience in writing satire, comedy, or edgy internet-native content - Basic understanding of marketing, PR, and content strategy
