We are looking for a content manager to launch and scale Telegram channels with a focus on growth and conversion. What you will do: - Manage and develop Telegram channels - Create content: texts + visuals - Build funnel logic: warm-up → engagement → registration - Test formats, hypotheses, and delivery - Set up auto-posting, bots, and basic automations - Analyze metrics: views, engagement, CTR, conversion

Requirements for the candidate: - Experience managing Telegram channels or social media - Ability to write clear, engaging texts - Skill in creating visuals (Canva / Figma / AI tools) - Understanding of attention retention principles in Telegram - Basic knowledge of funnels and content's impact on conversion - Experience with automations (bots, auto-posting) - Confident use of AI (ChatGPT, etc.) - Independence and result-orientation
