Space307 is looking for a remote Senior Telegram Content & Growth Manager to manage and develop Telegram channels, create content, and implement content plans. Requires experience in Telegram channel management, content creation, and AI tools.

Responsibilities: > Manage and develop Telegram channels > Create content: texts + visuals > Formulate and implement a content plan > Build post logic (warm-up → engagement → registration) > Test formats, hypotheses, and presentations > Work with autoposting, bots, and basic automations > Analyze content effectiveness (views, engagement, clicks)

We expect you to: > Have experience managing Telegram channels or social media > Have experience creating content (texts + basic visuals) > Understand which content formats work and why > Be able to write clear and engaging texts > Understand the principles of attention retention in Telegram > Have a basic understanding of funnels and the impact of content on conversion > Have skills in working with visuals (Canva / Figma / AI tools) > Confidently work with AI (ChatGPT, etc.) > Have experience with automations (bots, autoposting) > Be independent and able to bring tasks to completion.
