Technical Support Specialist role with remote work in Europe (preferably Spain) or remote EU. Salary 2000 USDT/month. Responsibilities include user support, service stability control, SLA adherence, and infrastructure development.
Support users (resolve technical issues, consultations) Control stable operation of services and communication channels Work according to SLA (prompt incident response) Participate in the development of technical infrastructure
Experience in IT support / system support Basic understanding of networks, VPN, secure tools Ability to work autonomously Russian language (mandatory) Location outside of RF (Europe preferred)
