Technical Support Specialist / Payment Support (Fintech)
Payteria is hiring a remote Technical Support Specialist / Payment Support for their Fintech company. Salary from 80k. Responsibilities include log analysis, Grafana, SQL queries, and payment testing.
We are a product company specializing in developing our own solutions in the payment industry. During our work, we have established ourselves as a reliable market player. Responsibilities: - Log viewing; - Working with Grafana; - Executing simple SQL queries to the database; - Participation in integration processes; - Testing payment functionality.
Experience in processing, fintech from the payment industry; Experience with various payment methods; Ability to understand client APIs or channels/providers; Ability to view logs and make simple database queries; English proficiency at B1 level for text communication with clients; Good communication skills.
Compensation is discussed individually and depends on the candidate's qualifications and experience; Shift work schedule of 12 hours: 2 on 2 off (day and night shifts, alternating); Service agreement registration; Fully remote format without location restrictions; Career prospects and opportunities for professional development in the payment and fintech industries; Work in an international product fintech company with experienced professionals.
