Technical Support Specialist (Bitrix24 Enterprise)
Technical Support Specialist for Bitrix24 Enterprise. Remote/hybrid (Moscow). Salary discussed. Responsibilities include handling user requests, consulting on CRM and other features, troubleshooting common issues, and configuring system settings.
We are developing and refining a corporate system based on Bitrix24 Enterprise for a large client. What needs to be done: - Receiving user requests for Bitrix24 via Service Desk - Consulting on working with CRM, tasks, projects, chats - Analyzing typical errors and questions ("I don't see a deal", "the robot isn't working", "the email isn't sending") - Setting up and adjusting: access rights, funnels, stages, custom fields, notifications - Monitoring request fulfillment and providing feedback to users - Maintaining a knowledge base (instructions, FAQ) - Escalating complex tasks to an analyst/developer/administrator
