Technical Support Specialist / B2B Technical Support Specialist
NeuroVision is hiring a Middle Technical Support Specialist with 3+ years of IT experience for a full-time remote position. Salary: 50,000 – 60,000₽ net per month. Requires Russian citizenship and UTC+3 timezone.
Provide relevant answers to all client questions in support chats, sometimes by phone. Diagnosis and resolution of technical problems related to the operation of our products. Analytical analysis of situations in identity verification processes (image analysis, simple analytics). Interaction with the development team to transfer information about technical problems and suggestions for improving the service.
1. Experience in B2B technical support for at least 3 years or experience for at least 1 year as a developer / Data Scientist. 2. Higher education in IT. 3. Ability to work with technical documentation. 4. High level of communication. 5. Literate oral and written speech. 6. High level of responsibility. 7. Availability of a high-performance laptop. WILL BE A PLUS: Experience in identity verification / KYC / AML.
