Online management school Stratoplan is looking for a proactive Technical Support Specialist to help clients. Fully remote work, salary from €600. Apply via form.
We are an online management school "Stratoplan" with 16+ years of experience in EdTech, training IT specialists to become team leads. We have collaborated with companies like Intel, Dell, EPAM, Luxoft, Global Logic, SoftServe, Ciklum, Parallels, and Acronis. Our programs have been completed by over 25,000+ people. We are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist – an open, proactive individual ready to assist our clients.
Excellent communication skills and ability to find common ground with clients. Quick learning ability and capacity to adapt to new information. Experience in customer service and/or client consulting will be a plus.
Salary from €600 (final amount depends on interview results). Payments can be made to accounts of any banks, except for RF and RB. Fully remote work. Schedule from 10:00 to 18:00 GMT+3. Bonuses: free access to all School materials and opportunity for external training in the primary profession if needed. A pleasant atmosphere in the team and support from engaged management.
