Technical Support Operator (Remote)

Coral Travel is hiring a remote technical support operator. Handle customer chat inquiries, no cold calls. Salary up to 62,500 RUB/month.

Main focus is processing incoming requests and helping customers via chat. Responsibilities: receive and handle incoming customer requests in chats; consult on booking, travel services, and service operations; help customers find answers to standard questions; escalate complex requests to specialized specialists; track request status and inform customers of results; record requests and work results in a spreadsheet.

Age 18+. Good written communication. Confident computer and basic internet skills. Attention, responsibility, friendliness. Ability to communicate calmly and politely with customers. Experience in technical support, client service, or chats is a plus but not required.

100% remote, anywhere in Russia. Salary: 50,000 RUB/month, bonus of 25% (12,500 RUB), total up to 62,500 RUB/month. Payments twice a month (15th and 30th). Hourly pay: 310 RUB/hour. Schedule: standard 5/2, 8 hours, possible flexible schedule, Moscow time. Can combine with study or other work. Company provides instructions, response templates, training materials, mentor support, and work tools.
