Technical Project Manager (Belgrade / Hybrid)

Experienced Project Manager needed for an internal ERP system development team. Manage web/mobile products, lead a team of 7-10, plan workload, gather requirements, and communicate with stakeholders. Hybrid work in Belgrade.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a team that has been developing an internal ERP system for an international investment fund since 2008. What you will do: • Manage several internal web/mobile products • Lead a dedicated team of 7–10 people (developers, QA, designers) • Plan workload and keep delivery predictable • Gather requirements, create tasks, drive execution • Communicate with stakeholders, run demos and UAT • Improve processes, workflows, and documentation

• 5+ years of PM experience in IT • Good understanding of SDLC, Agile and classic PM approaches • Strong technical background • Good English skills • Structured, proactive, communicative mindset
