Technical Project Manager for a fintech product in crypto and exchange solutions. Manage development teams, plan tasks, coordinate backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams. Remote (except RF/RB) or relocation to Georgia. Salary discussed individually.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager for an international fintech product in the crypto and exchange solutions domain. The team is focused on developing high-load backend and exchange systems. Responsibilities: - Manage the work of one or more development teams - Plan tasks, sprints, releases, and allocate resources - Coordinate backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams - Monitor deadlines, risks, dependencies, and delivery processes - Organize Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban), retrospectives, and planning sessions - Monitor metrics such as SLA, SLO, MTTR, and release frequency - Prepare transparent project and delivery reports - Participate in optimizing CI/CD processes and team collaboration

Experience as a Project Manager in IT for at least 2 years Experience working with technical development teams Understanding of backend and infrastructure processes Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Proficient in Jira and Confluence Understanding of development, testing, and operational processes English language proficiency B2 or higher Nice to have: - Fintech, crypto, exchange, trading domain experience - Experience working with DevOps or infrastructure teams - Understanding of CI/CD, Kubernetes, Kafka, microservices - Experience in distributed international teams
