Technical Product Owner for "Smart Search FL in mobile and web applications based on generative AI" project. Full-time, hybrid in Moscow. Salary up to 400k gross (TK) / 450k gross (IP). Requires 5+ years of IT/FinTech experience, Agile/Scrum, LLM skills.

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Technical Product Owner who will contribute to the creation and implementation of AI-based technical software products for a major bank. This role is key in developing products and the technical strategy of the team. Project: "Smart Search FL in mobile and web applications based on generative AI".

– Higher education in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. – Minimum 5 years of experience in IT or FinTech. – Practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; participation in Agile software development. – Experience in team development and software lifecycle implementation. – Knowledge of software design principles, development technologies, and databases. – Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence, etc.). – Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. – Strong leadership qualities. – English language proficiency for reading technical documentation and articles. – Skills in applying LLMs to solve work tasks.

Format: Full-time, hybrid in Moscow. Salary: Up to 400k gross under the Labor Code and up to 450k gross under individual entrepreneurship.
