Company: KVIKLI SECH IT is looking for a Technical Lead of Testing. Remote work (RF/RB). Salary up to 370,000 RUB net. Official employment.

Responsibilities: - Building testing strategy and approaches. Developing testing standards and procedures. - Defining product quality standards and relevant metrics. Monitoring quality metrics. - Maintaining testing documentation. - Organizing and managing testing processes: functional, integration, automated. - Defect control, interaction with support engineers, development, and analytics. - Preparing testing reports. - Developing test automation tools.

Experience in forming testing approaches and developing automation from the initial stage of a project. Experience in writing libraries and tools for test automation. Experience in infrastructure deployment. Team management experience.

Official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation in an accredited IT company. Provision of equipment. Voluntary medical insurance (including dentistry) from the first day.
