Head of Testing Department position at КА Remote grow. Requires 3+ years of experience in QA leadership, programming skills, and experience with CI systems, test automation, and version control. Full-time, office-based in Limassol, Cyprus. Salary up to 300k RUB net.

Responsibilities include prioritizing and reviewing tasks for QA engineers, writing automated tests for mobile, desktop, and web applications, manual testing of mobile, desktop, and web applications, implementing new testing practices and methodologies, and collaborating with product owners, analysts, developers, and quality assurance.

- Citizenship and location any. Cyprus is preferred. - Candidate with extensive experience in leading a QA department, but also a "playing coach" who will constantly test themselves, 90% testing and 10% team leadership. - Work experience from 3 years - Programming skills - Experience interacting with stakeholders in software development and support - Ability to prioritize and understand limitations - Experience with CI systems, test automation systems, and code version control systems - Experience testing desktop Windows applications, including writing autotests for GUI applications - Experience with manual and automated testing of Android and iOS mobile applications - Experience with API test automation - Experience organizing the work of a testing team - Experience with Windows OS family - Experience with networks and virtualization systems - Knowledge of Linux, Mac OS - Knowledge of C++ or C# - Knowledge of Java 8
