Alfa-Bank is looking for a Technical Lead of Autotesting with Java. Requires 5-7 years of experience in Java autotesting, team lead experience, and knowledge of automation tools, APIs, databases, and testing methodologies. The role involves developing testing standards, mentoring, and ensuring quality across multiple teams.

Responsibilities include leading and developing common testing standards and methodologies, mentoring testers and teams on automation and manual testing, implementing and controlling unified testing approaches across multiple teams, testing critical and complex solutions, participating in test documentation creation, analyzing requirements and developing test scenarios, reviewing test documentation and automated tests, interacting with development teams, analysts, and other stakeholders, continuous self-development and upskilling, and implementing new testing technologies. Mentoring and developing testers, training teams on new practices and tools.

Higher education in IT. 5-7 years of experience as a Java autotesting engineer. Experience as a tech lead or test team lead. Experience in test automation (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JUnit, TestNG, REST Assured, etc.). Understanding of various system integration methods (synchronous/asynchronous interaction, bus integration), experience with REST/SOAP APIs, understanding of JSON/XML data exchange formats. Experience with Rabbit MQ and Kafka. Experience with Jira, Confluence. Database knowledge, SQL query writing skills (SELECT/JOIN/UPDATE/DELETE). Deep understanding of testing processes, methodologies, and standards. Ability to mentor and train the team. Skills in code review of automated tests. Knowledge of test management systems and documentation. Good communication and leadership skills.
