Head of Testing Department (Lead)
Lead QA role at Remote grow agency on Cyprus. Requires 3+ years of experience in QA leadership, programming skills, and extensive testing experience (90% testing, 10% management). Full-time, office-based in Limassol. Salary up to 5000 EUR net.
Responsibilities include prioritizing and reviewing tasks for QA engineers, writing automated tests for mobile, desktop, and web applications, manual testing of these applications, implementing new testing practices, and collaborating with product owners, analysts, developers, and QA services.
Requires 3+ years of experience in QA leadership, acting as a player-coach. Must be able to program. Experience interacting with software development and support process participants. Ability to prioritize and understand limitations. Experience with CI systems, test automation systems, and code version control systems. Experience testing desktop Windows applications, including writing automated GUI tests. Experience with manual and automated testing of Android and iOS mobile applications. Experience with API test automation. Experience organizing a testing team. Experience with Windows OS. Experience with networks and virtualization systems. Knowledge of Linux, Mac OS. Knowledge of C++ or C#. Knowledge of Java 8.
