Seeking a Technical Co-founder (CTO / Middle+ FlutterFlow) for a B2B startup developing a logistics TMS system. Offers partnership with 15-30% equity. Requires strong FlutterFlow/Flutter skills, API, database, and offline mode experience.

We are building a mini-TMS system, an internal software for logistics companies that digitizes chaos with waybills, driver work time tracking, and vehicle maintenance. The product format is a unified ecosystem: a mobile app (for drivers) + a web admin panel (for dispatchers, mechanics, and fleet management). We have an MVP with core modules but need to build a robust IT architecture to handle real-world loads. Key features to develop include a smart logbook with offline capabilities, electronic vehicle transfer acts with photo attachments, and a maintenance log for automated scheduling.

Strong developer in FlutterFlow (or pure Flutter, willing to build the front-end in FF for speed) who: - Can and enjoys writing custom Dart functions; - Works freely with APIs and relational/non-relational databases; - Understands how to implement a stable offline mode and local storage in a mobile app; - Is ready to become a full-fledged CTO: make technical decisions and take responsibility for them.

No salary budget until first sales. Offering full partnership: a share in the company (15% to 30% - negotiable, transparently formalized through vesting over 1-2 years). Division of responsibilities: - From me: deep expertise in logistics, product packaging, client acquisition, direct sales to fleets, and business development. - From you: closing the technical part, stack selection, and IT architecture development.
