DSGNLAB is looking for a pre-middle/middle level Back-End Engineer for an early-stage startup. Remote work, Full-time, US market. Salary from $1,000 with review and options.

We are building an FSM platform (Field Service Management) for the US market - a modern replacement for Housecall Pro, Workiz & etc. SaaS B2B for service companies: tasks and scheduling, estimates and invoices, Tap-to-Pay, CRM, messenger, recorded calls. Currently, there are 4 roles: Dispatcher, Field Worker, Owner/Admin, Clients. For the MVP, we plan: Core on the backend + WEB + Mobile Apps (ReactNative). In 2-4 months, we will launch a pilot with 2-3 companies. We focus on both functionality and design, our projects: dsgnlab.us & tasqa.org (closed).

Pre-middle/middle level engineer. Startup experience is not required - hands-on skills, a spark in the eyes, a good head, and the desire to build a product where your voice and opinion matter are more important. Experience with CI/CD will be a plus. Our stack: Backend: Node.js LTS, Fastify, tRPC, REST, Websockets/SSE + Webhooks. Frontend: React, Vite, TypeScript Mobile: React Native (Expo) Data: Postgres + Prisma, Redis, BullMQ, AWS Payments: Stripe (Payment Link, Tap-to-Pay, webhooks) Infra: monorepo with Turborepo, shared types and Zod schemas between web/mobile/api
