Team Lead User Acquisition

Odyssey, a venture studio building B2C subscription products, seeks a hands-on Team Lead User Acquisition to own Meta Ads. Remote, full-time, GMT+3. Salary discussed individually plus performance bonus.

Odyssey is a venture studio that launches and scales B2C subscription products. We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead UA who will take ownership of the Meta Ads direction: from independent buying and funnel work to building a team. Responsibilities: - Launch, optimize and scale Meta Ads for web-to-web products. - Develop the offer-creative-funnel-paywall chain. - Manage CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV and payback; be responsible for profitable scaling. - Build hypothesis testing and work with product, creative and analytics teams. - Gradually form own UA team; at start role involves high hands-on involvement.

- 2+ years of current UA experience (web-to-web; web-to-app). - Hands-on experience with Meta Ads in web-to-web or web-to-app subscription products. - Proven scaling of monthly budget to several hundred thousand dollars and above with working economics. - Experience managing specialists or building UA direction. - Focus on profit, autonomy and responsibility for results. - Nice to have: experience in Astrology, AI, Adult, Dating, IQ testing.
