Team Lead SRE at Twinby. Salary 500,000-700,000 RUB net. Remote, full-time. Lead SRE team and ensure platform reliability.

Responsibilities: - Lead the SRE team: hire and grow engineers, provide honest feedback. - Write code for reliability: platform services, libraries, automation. - Develop the platform for product teams: service templates, common libraries, CI/CD with pre-merge checks, contract tests. - Ensure service reliability: SLI/SLO and error budgets, conscious choice between release speed and stability. - Build observability: metrics, tracing, structured logs, alerts, dashboards. - Manage incident process and on-call: root cause analysis, blameless postmortems, follow-through. - Maintain service catalog: each service has owner, runbook, dashboard. - Evolve infrastructure incrementally.

Experience as team lead or lead engineer with a team (from 6 months): people grew under you, you hired and gave tough feedback. - Currently writing code: tools, services, libraries with logic. Ready to show what and on what you wrote in the last year or two. - Ability to explain every decision that goes to prod: what it does, what breaks without it, and what happens at 10x load. - Your practices adopted by other teams: on-call, postmortems, service ownership or standards. - SRE, internal platform, or infrastructure experience at scale of many services. - SLO and error budgets in practice: know when to spend budget on speed vs. slow releases. - Ability to influence without formal authority. - Solid low-level knowledge: Linux, network, disk, memory — understand degradation.
